Role Description The Salt Water Dispatcher is a full-time, on-site role based in Gonzales, TX, responsible for coordinating daily salt water hauling operations. This role includes scheduling and dispatching drivers, creating and updating routes, and ensuring loads are picked up and delivered safely and on time. The dispatcher monitors driver locations, communicates job details and changes, and responds to issues or delays as they arise.   • Knowledge of local area routes and oilfield locations in and around Gonzales, TX is a plus.
