Role Description The Salt Water Dispatcher is a full-time, on-site role based in Gonzales, TX, responsible for coordinating daily salt water hauling operations. This role includes scheduling and dispatching drivers, creating and updating routes, and ensuring loads are picked up and delivered safely and on time. The dispatcher monitors driver locations, communicates job details and changes, and responds to issues or delays as they arise. Day-to-day tasks also include maintaining accurate logs and tickets, updating dispatch software or spreadsheets, and communicating with customers, field staff, and management about job status. The role requires consistent interaction with drivers, adherence to company and regulatory requirements, and support for overall operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in trucking, oilfield, or salt water hauling operations, with an understanding of dispatch processes and driver coordination.
• Strong communication skills for working with drivers, customers, and internal teams, including clear phone, text, and email communication.
• Basic computer proficiency, including use of dispatch software, spreadsheets, and digital record-keeping tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks at once, prioritize competing demands, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail in scheduling, documentation, ticket tracking, and compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Availability to work full-time on-site Day or Night Shift in Gonzales, TX, with flexibility for operational needs that may extend beyond standard business hours.
• High school diploma or equivalent; prior dispatch or logistics experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of local area routes and oilfield locations in and around Gonzales, TX is a plus.
