Salt Valley Fence Company is a growing, family-owned fence contractor based in Lincoln, Nebraska. We specialize in commercial, industrial, and residential fence installation throughout Lincoln and the surrounding communities.

We're looking for an experienced fence installer who takes pride in quality craftsmanship, enjoys working outdoors, and wants to be part of a company that's continuing to grow.

What You'll Do

You'll work alongside a skilled crew installing a wide variety of fence systems including:

Chain Link

Ornamental Steel

Wood

Vinyl

Custom Fence & Railing Systems

Daily responsibilities include:

Reading layouts and assisting with project setup

Digging and setting posts

Concrete work

Operating skid steers, mini excavators, boom lifts, and other equipment

Using hand and power tools safely

Loading and unloading materials

Maintaining company vehicles, trailers, tools, and equipment

Working as part of a professional team to complete high-quality installations

What We're Looking For

Qualifications

3+ years of fence or related construction experience preferred

Valid driver's license required

CDL is a plus, but not required

Authorized to work in the United States

Able to pass a DOT physical

Physical Requirements

This position involves outdoor construction work in all types of Nebraska weather. Applicants should be able to:

Lift up to 60 pounds unassisted

Perform physical labor throughout the workday

Work in heat, cold, mud, dust, and varying weather conditions

Schedule

Monday-Friday

Overtime available as needed

Weekend work is occasional, not routine
