What Success Looks Like:
Your Impact
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, tea, and other beverages according to company standards.
- Greet guests warmly, take orders, and provide product recommendations.
- Operate coffee and espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including beverage stations, counters, and dining areas.
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payment transactions accurately.
- Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs to management.
- Restock coffee bar and serving stations with necessary amenities (lids, straws, napkins, etc.)
- Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- May assist with training new team members and supporting co-workers during peak periods.
- Address guest questions, concerns, or special requests promptly and professionally.
- Other tasks as assigned
What You Bring
- Prior café, coffee, or food & beverage experience required.
- Barista certification or completion of formal coffee/espresso training preferred.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members.
- Knowledge of coffee preparation, brewing techniques, and beverage presentation is a plus.
- Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems for order taking and cash handling.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Native American/Alaska Native preference applies under applicable TER requirements
