Canadian North Financial is looking for an ambitious, motivated, and experienced Sales Manager to help lead and grow our lending team. As a growing company, we are looking for someone who can take ownership of our sales operation, support our Loan Officers, and help build a strong sales culture.

The Opportunity


As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and motivating our Loan Officers while helping drive new business and overall company growth. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys sales leadership and wants to grow with a company that has significant room for advancement.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Loan Officers.
  • Set sales goals and help the team consistently achieve and exceed targets.
  • Monitor sales performance, pipeline activity, and results.
  • Train and mentor new and existing Loan Officers.
  • Help develop effective sales strategies and processes.
  • Support Loan Officers with challenging deals and client opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, referral partners, and business partners.
  • Identify new opportunities to increase business and expand our market presence.
  • Promote a positive, competitive, and team-oriented sales culture.
  • Work closely with management to help shape and grow the company's sales strategy.
