You'llcontribute to building scalable, standardized platforms to deliver solutions that reduceshrink, improve investigations, and drive operational consistency. This is a unique opportunity to work on complex, multi-region systems and influence how technology supports LossPrevention atscale.

Who We Are Looking For: You

You are a technically strong and collaborative professional with significant programming experience and a passion for programming scalable, efficient solutions. You also have a strong desire and willingness to learn, supplementing the ability to translate LP & Business requirements into well-designed technical processes on the salesforce platform.

New and Recent Graduates in programming related degrees as illustrated below are encouraged to apply.

Required programming experience can come in two forms:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or alternate programming related degree (or 4+ years of equivalent experience)
    OR
  • 3+ years of experience working with Salesforce in a developer role

WhatYou'llDo

  • Serve as a subject matter expert supporting Loss Prevention Salesforce solutions
  • HelpmaintainSalesforce architecture, including data models, objects, record types, and design standards.
  • Enhance and Develop Salesforce solutions, including Lightning Web Components, configurations, and workflows.
  • Handle numerous programming projects over a single period of time.
  • Stay informed on current Salesforce release notes to understand new capabilities and bring recommended improvements to the system.

WhatYou'llBring(General)

  • Personal Project Experience, especially with Java or other Object-Oriented Programming languages.
  • Proficiency with Front-End programming and UI/UX (Markup, CSS, JavaScript, & Related Libraries / Frameworks)
  • Relational Database Experience. SQL or equivalent for DML, DDL
  • Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming Fundamentals (4 Pillars of OOP)
  • Familiarity with Version Control
  • Ability to balance, document, and manage multiple technical projects at once
  • Experience researching, evaluating, and explaining tradeoffs for varying solutions to complex technical problems.
  • Ability to adhere to established best practices for programming with an emphasis on readable, scalable, efficient, maintainable, and robust code.
  • Strong communicationskills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a genuine enthusiasm and excitement for problem-solving with code
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, including data models, configuration, and platform capabilities
  • Experience supporting or contributing to Salesforce customizations or enhancements in a business environment
  • Comfortable writing Lightning Web Components, Apex, and SOQL
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Flows, or similar low code workflow automation tooling
  • Salesforce certification (e.g., Platform Developer I) is nice to have.

Education & Experience(Required)

  • One of the Following is Required
