Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable, motivated, and results-driven Insides Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will convert a high volume of prequalified leads into sales, build stronger customer relationships, provide technical information and product explanations, prepare quotations, and closes sales.  As a member of the sales team, this role collaborates with multiple departments in Reno as well as across the global Lincoln Electric organization to support direct customers and distributor partners with a high level of service and expertise.

This position will be based onsite Mon-Fri at our Reno, NV facility.

Essential Functions
  • Convert a high volume of inbound digital and phone leads (advertising, email, catalog, internet, trade shows) into customers
  • Respond to all inbound inquiries and outbound follow-ups in a timely and accurate manner, resolving issues as needed
  • Utilize Salesforce.com to log activities, track opportunities, and manage the sales pipeline effectively
  • Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales quotas, goals, and objectives
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, including through digital and social engagement
  • Prioritize multiple tasks while remaining responsive and available for inbound communication
  • Perform general duties as assigned and assist in other areas as workload requires
Required Skills
  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience; Bachelor’s Degree in Buisness or related, preferred
  • Minimum of one (1) year of sales experience
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a competitive, fast-paced environment
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, organization, and sound judgment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Salesforce or CRM systems preferred
  • Technical or industrial sales experience
  • Inside/ phone sales experience
