SFDC Technical Architect

Sales Force Architect (Level 9) Key responsibilities Present a deep understanding of Salesforce products, releases and roadmap in discussions with customer key stakeholders & decision makers. Design functional, systematic and integration detailed architectures. Assess Source Data Systems and analyze data elements that needs to be Integrated Create Data Migration Strategy Actively participate in implementation planning meetings Provide high level as well as low level estimates, high level solutions and help with RFPs Drive & demonstrate Prototypes to stakeholders Conduct walkthroughs & get sign-offs on architecture, design and deliverables Drive standardization of design across customer's businesses. Work & guide offshore development & support teams on technical matters & troubleshooting Facilitate & lead techno-functional discussion with Salesforce.com professional services Drive improvements in development process, templates, frameworks & accelerators Background/ Critical skills 10-12 years of total IT experience 5+ years experience in Salesforce Architecture / design Should have extensive experience configuring and implementing Salesforce.com application. Should have excellent customer facing skills acquired through an onsite solution architecting role Should have deep technical knowledge of SFDC, and SOA integration Leadership, communication, interpersonal skills coupled with strong market driven orientation

SFDC Development Lead

SFDC Resource with 6-7 yrs experience in Configuration and Apex Programming. Resource should have excellent communication skills and string work experience in SFDC Should have good Apex Programming Knowledge and Customer interaction experience Resource should be SFDC Dev 401 certified

SFDC Integration Lead

SFDC Integration Lead with 6-8 yrs experience. Resource should have good knowledge on SFDC Configuration, Apex Programming and Integration. Should have experience in integrating SFDC with other applications. Should be SFDC Dev certified. Should have good communication skills and should have customer management experience. Candidate should have knowledge on SFDC API's. he should have good understanding and working experience in Webservices and integrating applications through middleware technologies.

SFDC Program Manager

Program Manager with 12 to 15 yrs of overall experience. Should have experience in project Planning, Tracking, Risk Management, Customer Interaction, managing project financials. Should have experience in managing large complex projects with 25-30 resources. Should be able to lead the implementation of project from end to end Should have good negotiation skills and should understand project financials. Experience managing SFDC projects and SFDC certification is a Plus.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

Minimum 2 year Salesforce.com Development experience.

Minimum 2 year development experience with Force.com, APEX or Visualforce

Minimum 2 year of requirements gathering, testing and training experience

Preferred Skills:

Salesforce.com certifications

Development experience with Java and/or Siebel

Prior OO programming in Java, Ruby or .Net preferred

Force.com platform experience

SSO and web services experience

Integrating Salesforce.com software with 3rd party solutions

Experience developing and maintaining custom reports and dashboards

Data Migration experience

Demonstrated leadership in professional setting, either military or civilian

Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian

Professional Skill Requirements:

Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment

Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

Desire to work in an information systems environment
