About the role

The Salesforce Solution Architect will support ongoing Salesforce CRM Core initiatives across multiple client engagements. Candidates must have 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect, with strong core platform expertise including Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, data modeling, security and sharing, automation (Flows, validation rules, approval processes), reporting and dashboards, Lightning Experience configuration, and integration concepts (APIs, data imports, and system connectivity). In addition, this particular role will need strong experience with Financial Services, Sales and Experience clouds. This role requires the ability to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions, provide technical guidance, and ensure best-practice implementations. Must be authorized to work in the United States; corp-to-corp arrangements are not permitted. This is a 100% remote role, open to candidates located anywhere in the U.S.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead solution discovery and technical design across multiple Salesforce clouds and implementations
  • Translate complex business requirements into scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions
  • Guide discovery, lead design sessions, and facilitate stakeholder alignment through successful completion of projects
  • Deliver fixed-scope or rapid implementation projects.
  • Work as part of a project team alongside both internal and external clients
  • Mentor internal team members and contribute to the technical standards and best practices
  • Demonstrate genuine passion for Salesforce solutions and fostering team collaboration
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to run discovery sessions, document requirements, and translate them into scalable configurations
  • Experience delivering fixed-scope or rapid implementation projects using Salesforce best practices
  • Hands-on experience implementing Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud. Strong emphasis on Sales, Financial Services and Experience Clouds
  • Experience with Digital Lending/ Origination is a strong plus
  • Agentforce project experience is a plus
  • Experience with agile delivery models and consulting environments
  • 5 years proven success in client facing roles such as a Solution Architect, Technical Lead or Senior Consultant
  • Strong grasp of Salesforce architecture, configuration, automation (Flows) and integration best practices
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present technical concepts to business stakeholders
  • Ability to work across disciplines and adapt to unfamiliar technologies or business processes
  • 5 years of Salesforce solution design and delivery experience, preferably in a consulting or partner environment
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and standard automation tools (Flows, validation rules, approvals)
  • Experience supporting data imports, basic integrations, and go-live readiness including deployment best practices
  • Comfort managing multiple concurrent projects with tight timelines

2-3 of the following Salesforce Certifications:
