Job description

Are you energized by building relationships, influencing outcomes, and driving results - one conversation at a time?

We're currently looking for highly motivated Inside Sales Representatives who excel at developing strong business partnerships while exceeding goals in a fast-paced environment.

SALES EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED

Quick Facts

Employment Type: Full-time, 100% Onsite

Schedule: Monday-Friday with rotating Saturdays 9am-6pm every other week. One 10am-7pm shift per week. All other shifts will be 9am-6pm. 

Compensation: Base plus lucrative monthly performance bonus

What You'll Do

In this role, you'll manage a dedicated territory of auto dealerships, serving as a trusted B2B go-to expert for auto loan originations. You will use your strong relationship development skills to build credibility quickly, handle high touch communication with professionalism, and consistently advocate for GLS's lending solutions to increase the deal pipeline.  This role will make 80-120 outbound calls per day, collaborate with dealers on deal strategy, provide regular updates and document in Salesforce and other industry software.
