  • Develop and support integrations between Salesforce and enterprise platforms using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, event-driven integrations, and other integration patterns
  • Maintain a strong understanding of Salesforce security, including profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, role hierarchy, field-level security, connected applications, OAuth, and integration security
  • Participate in code reviews, automated testing, release management, deployment activities, troubleshooting, and production support
  • Partner closely with Sales Enablement stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions
  • Collaborate with enterprise architecture, security, data, infrastructure, and other technology teams when designing solutions that extend beyond Salesforce
  • Support integration and data movement between Salesforce and Snowflake, including ETL/ELT processes and APIs, while exploring opportunities to incorporate AI and intelligent automation into Salesforce workflows and Sales Enablement processes, including technologies such as Salesforce Agentforce and Snowflake Cortex
  • Remain current on Salesforce releases, platform capabilities, security changes, development practices, and emerging AI technologies
Qualifications
