ABOUT THE ROLE

  • As a Salesforce Administrator and Strategist at 321, you will manage, configure, and optimize Salesforce environments while helping clients develop effective CRM strategies. You will combine hands-on Salesforce administration with strategic planning to improve sales, marketing, customer service, and revenue operations.
  • You will work directly with clients and internal teams to understand business needs, recommend scalable solutions, establish CRM governance standards, and translate requirements into well-designed Salesforce systems.
  • The ideal candidate has strong Salesforce administration experience and hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Experience with GoHighLevel is a plus.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Salesforce Administration and Optimization
  • Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validation rules, profiles, permission sets, and user access.
  • Build and optimize Salesforce Flows, approval processes, notifications, and other platform automations.
  • Manage user onboarding, permissions, role hierarchies, security settings, and access controls.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Support Salesforce releases, sandbox testing, quality assurance, and production deployments.
  • Evaluate new Salesforce features and recommend enhancements based on client needs.
  • CRM Strategy and Governance
  • Develop CRM strategies that align Salesforce capabilities with each client's business goals.
  • Lead discovery sessions to understand workflows, challenges, reporting needs, and growth objectives.
  • Create CRM roadmaps, governance policies, operating procedures, and platform standards.
  • Gather and document business, functional, and technical requirements.

  • Monitor campaign performance, deliverability, customer engagement, and conversions.
  • Maintain compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other applicable marketing and data privacy requirements.
  • Integrations and Data Management
  • Manage integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications using native connectors, APIs, middleware, and webhooks.
  • Support data imports, exports, migrations, cleansing, mapping, and synchronization.

    WHAT YOU HAVE
  • Four or more years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Experience configuring Salesforce objects, permissions, reports, dashboards, validation rules, and automation.
  • Experience with Salesforce Flow and current Salesforce automation practices.
  • Experience developing CRM strategies, governance policies, and platform roadmaps.
  • Experience gathering and documenting business, functional, and technical requirements.
  • Strong understanding of CRM architecture, data quality, platform security, and access management.
  • Experience with APIs, webhooks, middleware, and third-party integrations.
  • Experience with data migrations, mapping, cleansing, and duplicate management.
