Responsibilities
  • Lead Salesforce development teams delivering FSC solutions.
  • Design and develop scalable applications using Apex, LWC, Flows, and Integrations.
  • Guide developers on coding standards, security best practices, and performance optimization.
  • Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.
  • Collaborate with architects and business teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Required Skills
  • Salesforce FSC implementation experience.
  • Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flows, SOQL/SOSL.
  • REST/SOAP APIs and middleware integrations.
  • Salesforce security, sharing model, and data architecture.
  • Experience leading onsite/offshore teams.

Preferred
  • Salesforce Platform Developer Certification.
  • Financial Services domain experience.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $ 100,000- $ 150,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
