Job Description:
At Regions, the Wealth Management Business Enablement Partner aligns advisor business practices, client relationship management, and sales technology to improve advisor productivity, client engagement, and business growth. This role translates advisor growth behaviors, relationship management practices, and business development activities into scalable, intuitive workflows within Salesforce and the broader sales technology ecosystem to ensure technology investments drive measurable productivity. This role defines the balance between standardization and advisor discretion, establishing consistency where required while preserving flexibility to meet client needs. This position operates as a business strategy and enablement leader with strong fluency in technology.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Leads the translation of advisor business development practices, including prospecting, onboarding, relationship management, referral management, growth, and servicing, into scalable Customer Relationship Management (CRM) enabled workflows
  • Partners with advisors, field leaders, product owners, and technology teams to define workflow needs, clarify business requirements, and improve the advisor experience
  • Identifies workflow friction, redundant processes, and adoption barriers; recommends practical solutions to simplify advisor routines and improve execution
  • Develops workflow standards and guardrails to promote consistency while allowing flexibility for advisor judgement and client-specific needs
  • Supports Salesforce adoption by embedding workflows into daily advisor routines through clear processes, in-platform guidance, onboarding support, and feedback loops
  • Analyzes adoption metrics, advisor feedback, and usage patterns to identify gaps, measure effectiveness, and recommend improvements
  • Serves as a field-facing business partner to inform Salesforce roadmap priorities, workflow design, enhancement opportunities, and adoption strategies
  • Helps align sales technology tools, including Salesforce, financial planning platforms, and analytics tools, into a more cohesive advisor experience
  • Establishes mechanisms to capture field intelligence through advisory councils, workflow observation, and structured feedback channels
  • Maintains governance standards for workflow design, documentation, and implementation to prevent process fragmentation and technical debt

This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Eight (8) years of experience in Wealth Management or financial services, including understanding of advisor business models and client relationship management
  • Experience using Salesforce as a business owner or advanced user

Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.
The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.
