The Experience
The Agentforce Specialist selling team is looking for an Account Executive with deep AI expertise and a strong track record in technical B2B sales. In this role, you will drive Agentforce revenue growth by partnering with the broader Salesforce Sales team to identify, develop, and close opportunities with mid-market and commercial customers between 200-4,500 employees.
What You'll Actually Be Doing

  • Partner closely with the Salesforce Sales team to source, qualify, and close Agentforce opportunities across current and new customers, positioning Agentforce as the solution to their most critical business challenges.
  • Lead comprehensive discovery conversations to uncover customer needs and clearly articulate how Agentforce's capabilities - including AI agents, automation, API integration, and Data Cloud - deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Craft and present compelling Points of View (POVs) that connect Agentforce's technical capabilities to tangible business value for both technical and business decision-makers.
  • Collaborate across cross-functional Salesforce teams to deliver a seamless, unified customer experience throughout the entire sales process.

You're Our Person If...
  • 5+ years of experience in mid-market or commercial B2B technical sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Deep knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts, including experience configuring agents, connecting them to existing flows, automations, and APIs.
  • Experience selling AI-driven customer engagement solutions and working with the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud.
  • Strong ability to conduct in-depth technical discovery, translate complex AI solutions into clear business outcomes, and present to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Even Better If...
  • Experience with cloud data warehouse technologies and cloud infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Tableau.
  • Experience with predictive and prescriptive modeling techniques.
