Job description

Job Summary:
ShopMy is transforming e-commerce by building the infrastructure for human-led curation at scale. As a Salesforce & Systems Architect, you will design and evolve the systems that run the commercial organization, ensuring scalable architecture that meets current and future business needs.
Responsibilities:
• Design and own the Salesforce architecture spanning the full commercial lifecycle - acquisition, retention, and expansion - across every participant in our ecosystem
• Architect scalable solutions for partner management, forecasting, territory mapping and allocation, pipeline reporting, and lead management
• Make the build-vs-configure and declarative-vs-code calls, with a bias toward maintainable, flexible design over short-term fixes
• Own the system design and integration of the tools surrounding Salesforce - Gong, Stripe, Ironclad, Netsuite, and Snowflake - as one coherent architecture, connecting disconnected point solutions
• Lead data migration and platform integration work, ensuring data integrity across systems
• Maintain and rationalize adjacent business systems (e.g., Clay)
• Work directly with RevOps and business partners to ground architecture in real requirements, objectives, and processes
• Establish the controls, documentation, and governance that make the system auditable and durable
• Bring clarity and creative solutions to ambiguous, undefined problems
Qualifications:
Required:
• 5+ years architecting and administering Salesforce in high-growth, fast-moving GTM environments
• Deep, first-hand command of Salesforce architecture - its capabilities, its constraints, and where the platform breaks at scale
• Implemented and maintained QTC / CPQ solutions end to end
• Led data migrations and integrated Salesforce with financial and commercial systems (Stripe and similar)
• Fluent in modern automation and AI-assisted workflows, and have a point of view on where they belong in a commercial stack
• Working SQL skills and comfort operating against a data warehouse
• Track record of scaling Salesforce implementations - and can point to systems you built that held up as the business grew
Preferred:
• Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification
• Platform App Builder certification
• Platform Developer certification
• Architect-track certifications
Company:
ShopMy connects brands and creators for seamless partnership and monetization. Founded in 2020, the company is headquartered in New York, USA, with a team of 51-200 employees. The company is currently Growth Stage.
