Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-orientedSalesforce SystemAnalystto join our team inSt. Louis, MO. This role isideal for a professional experienced in gathering business requirements,managing Salesforce implementations, and handling complex data-relatedinitiatives. Experience or interest inAI-driven agent platforms likeAgentForceis a strong plus.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather,analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into functionalspecifications and configure Salesforce accordingly.
  • Serve as a liaison between business users andtechnical teams to ensure successful system implementations andenhancements.
  • Work with large datasets- perform data mapping,data migration, validation, and integration within Salesforce.
  • Support end-to-end Salesforce implementationsand feature rollouts.
  • Manage Salesforce user roles, profiles,permissions, page layouts, and workflows.
  • Identify areas for system improvement andprovide recommendations aligned with business goals.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues anddata discrepancies.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams includingdevelopers, QA, and product managers.
Nice to Have
  • Exposure to or working knowledge ofAgentForce,Salesforce AI/Einstein, or similar AI-based agent platforms.
  • Understanding of AI integration in CRMplatforms or digital engagement tools.
  • Salesforce certifications (Administrator,Business Analyst, or Platform App Builder).
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science,Information Systems, Business, or related field.
  • 13-17 years of experience as a SalesforceAnalyst or System Analyst.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce Lightning,Salesforce CRM, and Salesforce Admin tasks.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, andcommunication skills.
  • Experience in working with Agile/Scrum teams.
Preferred Tools/Technologies
  • Salesforce Service/Experience/Marketing Cloud
  • JIRA / Confluence
  • Data tools like Excel, SQL, or data mappingtools
  • AgentForce or other conversational AIplatforms (Nice to have)
