Salesforce Developer –Salesforce Developer / Architect

Position Summary: CoreSphere is seeking a Mid-Level Salesforce Developer / Architect to join our Salesforce Practice. Successful candidates will be responsible for and aid in application development on the Salesforce platform. Since much of the work of this role is client-facing, the ability to communicate and collaborate with peers and clients while building consensus is critical for success. Candidate should be a driven individual with excellent communication skills who takes the ownership of their tasks to see them through completion. The candidate should be a team player willing to work in a high-paced environment.


Daily Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) environments and tools.
  • Solutioning, Designing and developing business application functionality.
  • Perform fit-gap analysis mapping business requirements to Salesforce best practices, capabilities, features.
  • Declarative solutioning using Salesforce cloud offering (Service, Sales, and Community)/ AppExchange.
  • Utilize best practices to perform operational support, enhancements, and bug fixes as needed to the Salesforce.com platform.
  • Support application solution by working with the Development Team.
  • Provide technical assistance and end user troubleshooting for bug fixes, enhancements, and “how-to” assistance.
  • Design and development of API integrations with external business systems.
  • Assess all risks and offer mitigation strategies, communicating impacts to project across multiple channels.
  • Being able to work independently with minimal supervision.


Requirements:

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science/information systems, Finance, Business Management, or related STEM field
  • Understands and/or have experience with the Agile Methodology
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience consulting as a Mid-Level Developer in an Enterprise-level Salesforce Program
  • Understanding of agile methodology and experience working in an agile environment
  • Experience developing Web Service (i.e., JSON and XML) between Salesforce Org and third-party applications
  • Strong knowledge of Apex (classes and triggers), Lightning Components/LWC, Aura, and Visualforce to extend Salesforce to support business requirements.
  • Solutioning Custom Objects, Salesforce Flows, Approval Processes, Email Alerts and communication templates
  • Strong knowledge and experience with SFDX, Salesforce CLI, Visual Studio Code
  • Certified Salesforce System Administrator
  • Certified Salesforce Advanced System Administrator
  • Certified Salesforce Developer (Platform Developer I and/or II)
  • Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Proficient knowledge of version control systems (i.e., Git, Bitbucket)
  • Experience using JIRA or Agile Accelerator
  • U.S. Federal Government experience
