You Are

An experienced Senior Salesforce Solution Architect ready to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for transforming complex client requirements and RFPs into tailored, innovative, and differentiated Salesforce solutions. You will leverage your deep expertise in Salesforce technologies and architecture, your strong business acumen, and your exceptional client-facing skills to design comprehensive solutions that address unique client needs while ensuring scalability, performance, and cost-effectiveness. You will work closely with internal teams, clients, and key stakeholders to develop solutions that meet the business and technical requirements and drive customer success.

The Work
  • Client Requirement Analysis & Solution Design: Translate client RFPs, business requirements, and technical challenges into actionable and differentiated Salesforce solutions. Customize Salesforce architecture and configurations to meet unique client needs, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and business objectives.

  • Solution Development: Architect and deliver comprehensive Salesforce solutions, including the technical design, project timelines, resource allocation, pricing, and implementation strategies.

  • Estimation & Planning: Accurately estimate the scope of work, including timelines, resources, and costs. Create detailed project plans and work with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.

  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients during the solution design and proposal phase. Lead discussions with key stakeholders to manage expectations, address concerns, and build trust.

  • Leadership & Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, business analysts, and other architects, to ensure successful delivery of Salesforce solutions that meet client needs and expectations.

  • Negotiation & Proposal Development: Navigate complex client negotiations, including contractual terms and conditions, by leveraging technical expertise and understanding of client business goals. Develop and present compelling, high-value proposals that demonstrate the business impact of the solution.

  • Thought Leadership: Stay current with Salesforce technologies, industry trends, and emerging best practices. Provide thought leadership to both internal teams and clients to ensure solutions are at the forefront of innovation.

  • Post-Solution Support: Assist in transition to the delivery phase by ensuring smooth handover and providing high-level guidance on technical aspects during implementation. Support clients as needed post-delivery to ensure long-term success and customer satisfaction.

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Here’s what you need
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Salesforce solutions architecture, including leading solution development for large-scale implementations.
  • Minimum of 4 years translating complex business requirements into Salesforce solutions, with demonstrated focus on client ROI and measurable outcomes.
  • Minimum of 4 years working with integration strategies and enterprise application architecture across multi-system landscapes.
  • Minimum of 2 years supporting RFP responses, writing technical proposal responses, and leading solution architecture on client-facing presentations and orals.
  • Minimum of 2 years estimating, scoping, and delivery planning for complex Salesforce engagements.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with Accenture sales methodology and solution architecture tooling, including Solution Planner, estimating tools, and pricing tools.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience).
Professional Skills Requirement
  • Client-Facing Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with senior-level stakeholders and executives. Demonstrated ability to build trust and manage relationships in complex, high-stakes environments.
  • Negotiation & Commercial Acumen: Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively discuss pricing, timelines, and contractual terms while ensuring that both the client and the organization’s needs are met.
  • Project Management: Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.), with the ability to develop and manage detailed project plans. PMP or similar certification is a plus.
  • Problem-Solving & Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex business problems and translate them into Salesforce-driven solutions that are scalable, efficient, and aligned with client goals.
  • Team Collaboration: Experience working in cross-functional teams, leading and mentoring junior architects, and collaborating with developers, business analysts, and project managers to deliver on project goals.
Bonus points if you have
  • Experience with advanced Salesforce technologies, such as Salesforce Lightning, Einstein Analytics, and Salesforce DX.
  • Experience in specific industries (e.g., Resources, Public Sector, Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing, etc.) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with other cloud platforms and enterprise technologies (e.g., AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud) is a bonus.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
