  • 5+ years of salesforce experience, including solution architecture, consulting, business analysis, or senior platform-delivery responsibilities;
  • 5+ Years of industry experience in wealth management, banking, insurance, lending, asset management, or another regulated financial-services environment, and/or hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud;
  • Demonstrated leadership and experience leading cross-functional discovery and converting business needs into practical Salesforce solutions;
  • Experience creating process maps, user stories, acceptance criteria, data mappings, UAT documentation, and facilitating user acceptance testing and end-user training;
  • Experience working within Agile delivery teams consisting of onshore and offshore members;
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce declarative capabilities, including Flow, security, sharing, permission sets, reports, dashboards, and data management;
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling, migration, data quality, and integration concepts;
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce security and visibility, including profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, and field-level security.

Your day-to-day
  • Lead cross-functional discovery with client business, operations, compliance, technology, and executive stakeholders to define business objectives, pain points, priorities, dependencies, risks, and success measures;
  • Perform rapid current-state assessments and gap analyses to identify business, process, technology, data, and organizational improvement opportunities;
  • Create current-state and future-state process maps that identify workflow improvements across client, advisor, servicing, onboarding, and operational teams;
  • Design Salesforce Financial Services Cloud solutions for wealth management, banking, insurance, lending, and other regulated industry use cases, including client and household management, relationship management, financial accounts, onboarding, servicing, action plans, and advisor workflows;
  • Present architecture recommendations, solution options, implementation roadmaps, delivery plans, trade-offs, and business value propositions clearly to client stakeholders and executive leadership;
  • Define enterprise data architecture, integration architecture, and system-of-record strategies to support business processes, privacy, audit, compliance, regulatory, and reporting, requirements;
  • Develop security, privacy, consent management, and regulated data-sharing approaches that align with industry and organizational governance standards;
  • Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized delivery backlogs that provide delivery teams with relevant, clear, testable requirements;
  • Perform declarative Salesforce configuration using platform tools, reports, dashboards, and automation capabilities where appropriate;
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT), including test scenarios, test scripts, issue triage, retesting, and business signoff.
