Job description

1. Architecture & Design
• Define end to end Salesforce solution architecture aligned with business requirements and enterprise standards
• Design scalable and secure solutions using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce Platform
• Own data model design, integration architecture, and system landscape diagrams
• Ensure best practices for performance, scalability, security, and maintainability
• Act as the technical authority for Salesforce implementations
2. Salesforce Expertise
• Strong experience across:
• Salesforce auto cloud
• Sales Cloud/Service Cloud/Experience Cloud
• Salesforce Platform (Apex, LWC, Flows)
• Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), core delivery, Salesforce APIs
• FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures
• Deep understanding of:
o Salesforce data model & limits
o Governor limits & performance tuning
o Deployment strategies (CI/CD)
3. Integration & Architecture
• Experience with TIBCO/ MuleSoft or equivalent middleware is a plus
• API led architecture and event driven integrations
• Experience with multi org and large scale enterprise implementations
4. DevOps & Tools
