Job Description
Our client is seeking a Salesforce Administrator with nCino experience (Lending Systems Administrator) for an exciting contract to hire opportunity. The Lending Systems Administrator will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing lending systems and providing expertise for an nCino running on Salesforce implementation. You will be responsible for maintaining the functionality, security, and efficiency of the lending systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance processes, and ensuring a seamless user experience for both internal staff and external clients.
DUTIES:
30%: Lending Systems Administration
  • Configure and customize lending systems predominately nCino running on Salesforce to meet the specific needs of the lending operations, including creating custom objects, fields, workflows, and process automation.
  • Manage user profiles, roles, permissions, and data access to ensure appropriate levels of security and data integrity.
  • Develop and maintain validation rules, formulas, and custom reports and dashboards to provide insights into lending performance.

20%: System Maintenance
  • Perform regular system maintenance tasks, such as data cleanup, deduplication, and archiving, to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage system integrations, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.

20%: Process Improvement
  • Work closely with lending and operations teams to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for process optimization within Salesforce.
