Job description

 We seek a Salesforce Solution Architect with strong data architecture and integration expertise to lead the design, deployment, and optimization of their new Salesforce Data Cloud implementation. This role requires someone with a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and customer data management who can develop scalable, innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will bring their knowledge of Salesforce solutions to shape and launch the Data Cloud, working closely with cross-functional teams to align Data Cloud capabilities with business objectives—even if Data Cloud itself is new to them.

Job Duties - Guide the architecture and design of the Salesforce Data Cloud solution, ensuring it meets business needs, scalability, and compliance standards.
Lead data strategy, leveraging previous experience in data management and modeling to build a robust customer data model optimized for Salesforce Data Cloud.
Develop and oversee data integration strategies, integrating data from other systems into Salesforce Data Cloud with tools such as MuleSoft and APIs to ensure accuracy and integrity.
Provide hands-on leadership and mentorship to teams working with Data Cloud, sharing best practices in configuration and technical implementation.
Establish and manage data governance to meet compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and ensure data security.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, IT, and service teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Develop detailed documentation and lead training sessions to support user adoption and maximize the impact of Salesforce Data Cloud.

Job Requirements - 8+ years of experience with Salesforce products and.
Proven experience in data modeling, ETL, and handling large-scale data.
Strong knowledge of data integration and API-based integrations (experience with MuleSoft or other integration tools is desirable).
Proficiency in SQL and a solid understanding of data management best practices.
Exceptional communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to data solutions.
ALL EXPERIENCE MUST BE VERIFIABLE

Desired Skills & Experience - Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Tableau, or other customer data platforms.
Salesforce Certified Architect certifications (e.g., Application Architect, Data Architect, Integration Architect)
Experience with AI and machine learning integrations.
Compensation 
Hourly Rate Range - $40-$60/ hr
