Now hiring a skilled Sales Operations Specialist for our Minneapolis Headquarters!

Sales Operations Specialist Job Responsibilities:

·         Creating and revising quotes for sales executives

·         Setting up renewal opportunities and quotes in Salesforce

·         Working closely with our preferred vendors and internal departments

·         Processing closed won opportunities in Salesforce and ERP

·         Closing out lost opportunities in Salesforce

·         CRM maintenance and upkeep as needed

·         Assisting sales team with RFP/RFQ submissions

·         Running reports in ERP and CRM

·         Administrative support for sales team

·         Special Projects as assigned

Required Skills:

·         Detail oriented, with proven organizational and logical thinking skills

·         Strong communication skills and a positive attitude

·         Able to handle and prioritize multiple tasks with a calm, positive attitude

Preferred Skills:

·         Previous experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) 

·         Experience working with software programs such as Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics GP

·         Sales administration experience

·         Previous experience in this industry is not required; we’re here to help you succeed!

Compensation:

·         Competitive pay $24.03 - $27.88/hour depending on experience

·         Non-exempt position
