This is a full time position for our client, a large communications company. This position comes with attractive base salary with all company benefits. For out location candidates our client will pay for relocation as well. US Citizenship/ Green Card required.

Job Description

Mid Level Salesforce technology and development projects including project execution strategies, collaborations and communications

Mentor junior developers and lead day-to-day activities within the developer team

Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators, Test Engineers and System Analyst for driving the projects forward

Design and develop high quality business solutions on the SFDC platform based on industry best practices as well as business needs

Expert level of Salesforce.com data structure knowledge and understanding of how to leverage the tool to meet complex process and reporting requirements.

Handle numerous projects/priorities using proven project management methodologies and sound development practices to ensure the quality delivery of enterprise solutions.

Create and maintain technical specifications pertaining to design, configuration and integration.

Communicate and collaborate with other technical resources and stakeholders regarding status, technical issues and creative solutions

Interface with business analysts and technical staff and be responsible for delivering complete work products

Research integration issues and work closely with team members on operations and development staff

Keep abreast of new Salesforce.com features and functionality providing recommendations to further process improvements

Solution & fix defects and follow service interruptions through resolution

Document best practices and operational procedures

Facilitate continuous improvement within the environment

Highly analytical while also having a strong and deep technical background in Salesforce.com

Ability to work on multiple tasks and deliver results with aggressive timelines

Qualifications

Industry experience as a Salesforce.com developer

Object oriented Programming development experience including Java or C#

Web application development experience, including solid experience with Java or C#, as well as HTML, JavaScript, and CSS

Must have historical and proven knowledge and practical application of Visualforce, APEX programming, Force.com APIs, and Web Services

Knowledge of Web Services (SOAP and REST)

Software development practices in Agile Project Methodology

Experience of leading a technical projects end-to-end

Excellent communication for both technical and non-technical audiences
