What does a Salesforce Quality Engineer do?

A Salesforce Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of Salesforce applications and integrations. They design and execute test plans, identify and report bugs, and work closely with developers and business analysts to ensure requirements are met. Effective communication with developers and business analysts is crucial for clarifying requirements and quickly resolving issues that arise during testing.
