Hi All,

We have this technical role for Salesforce Director/ Enterprise Level

Salesforce Practice primarily in the BFSI, Technical Services, Consumer Businesses and other verticals. We are partnering with the C-Suite to work with them towards their large transformation agendas and help them achieve superior outcomes while leveraging technology.

Manage Sales Funnel

Generate proactive demand through solution led selling and other instruments

Customer Liaison through Thought leadership led CXO engagement

Own and manage Salesforce focused deals

Identify new opportunities and work collaboratively across diverse global teams towards successful deal closure

Effectively respond to client requests for proposals

Solution led Selling

Leverage domain expertise to identify problems to solve across the Banking Financial Services and Insurance

Leverage Salesforce Platform expertise to identify solutions

Be able to demonstrate solutions

Influence Partner Engagement

Work with Salesforce on joint Sales pursuits, solution developments and marketing activities

Qualifications:

Overall, 10-15 Years of IT Experience

5+ Years of experience in CRM Implementation Project (SFDC mandatory)

Excellent understanding of Sales, Service, Marketing journeys

3+ years in Consulting working with Customers identifying and solving business problems

At least 1 Salesforce transformation program experience within last 5 years with in-depth understanding of Industry domain and Trends.

Ability to manage diverse team and project stake holders ()

Certified Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Financial Services Cloud

Experience in Banking or Insurance is a plus

Experience in working with team based in multiple time zones Innovation & Growth Mindset Willingness to learn and work in Salesforce.

Salary Range: $147,000-$203,200 a year
