Job description

Lead Salesforce Developer/Architect — Agentic Platform Design

Location: Juno Beach, FL / Remote

Role Summary

Define the architectural vision and governance for the NEER Salesforce platform, embedding Agentic AI across all design, delivery, and quality lifecycle processes to create future-ready enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end solution architecture across multi-cloud Salesforce environments (Sales, Service, Experience, MuleSoft), ensuring alignment with NEER's renewable growth roadmap.
  • Embed Agentic AI tooling into the architectural SDLC — from requirements analysis and design generation to automated testing and deployment.
  • Establish architecture governance frameworks including design review processes, solution blueprints, integration patterns, and technical debt management.
  • Lead cross-functional architecture decisions across Salesforce, MuleSoft, and third-party integrations (GIS, SAP, legacy systems).
  • Drive AI-augmented delivery models that reduce time-to-production while maintaining platform quality and compliance.
  • Serve as a technical thought leader — evaluate emerging Salesforce capabilities (Agentforce, Data Cloud, Einstein AI) and provide strategic adoption recommendations.
  • Partner with IT leadership and delivery managers to translate business priorities into multi-year platform roadmaps.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of Salesforce platform experience with multi-cloud architecture expertise.
  • Proven experience designing Agentic AI-integrated SDLC workflows at enterprise scale.
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce security model, data architecture, and integration design patterns.
  • Experience with regulated industries (utilities, energy, financial services) preferred.
  • Salesforce Application/System Architect or CTA certification strongly preferred.
