Description
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Salesforce Developer to join the Enterprise Applications team at Qcells. This role is responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and supporting enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, Financing (EnFin), and Operations platforms. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in Salesforce development, NetSuite ERP integrations, AI capabilities, DevOps, and release management .
This role is onsite based in San Francisco, Santa Clara, or Irvine, CA, requiring up to 20% travel.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead Salesforce development using Apex, LWC, JavaScript, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, and Platform Events.
  • Design and implement integrations between Salesforce, NetSuite ERP, AWS, and third-party applications using REST, SOAP, GraphQL, and middleware (Boomi/MuleSoft/Informatica).
  • Create technical designs, architecture documentation, and conduct code reviews.
  • Own CI/CD pipelines using SFDX, GitHub, GitHub Actions, PMD, and automated deployments.
  • Support production issues, perform root cause analysis, and participate in release management.
  • Develop AI-enabled solutions using Salesforce Einstein and Agentforce.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, QA, administrators, and product owners in an Agile environment.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
  • 10+ years of software development experience.
  • 6+ years of Salesforce Apex and LWC development.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with NetSuite ERP and enterprise applications.
  • Strong experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and enterprise integration patterns.
  • Hands-on experience with GitHub, SFDX, CI/CD, PMD, and Agile development.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Consumer Goods Cloud, Marketing Cloud.
  • Salesforce Einstein AI and Agentforce.
  • AWS Lambda, API Gateway, S3, SQS.
  • Microservices architecture, SQL/NoSQL, OAuth, Named Credentials.
