This role is to act as the liaison between the business and IT and provide business critical or complex technical solutions that meet user needs. Other duties may be assigned.* Understanding the business processes and the interdependencies of various systems in use.* Facilitating interactive discussions with the business unit and technology teams in order to achieve alignment on defining requirements.* Ability to elicit details system requirements and create workflows to solution business demand.* Gathering, analyzing, documenting, and translating business requirements into functional specifications that can be used to design and implement solutions to meet the business objectives.* Identifying and communicating risks, issues, and potential solution strategies along with providing status updates to senior leadership and impacted teammates.* Leading facilitated sessions with business users to identify system enhancements.* Documenting and gaining sign-off on business requirements.* Communicating project priorities to IT team.* Assisting with the creating of training material and training end users on system* enhancements and new programs.* Providing reports and data extracts to internal and external business partners.* Training, mentoring, and supporting other staff members.* This position requires routine or periodic travel which may require the teammate to drive their own vehicle or a rental vehicle.
