We are looking for a Senior SAP SD-MM Functional Analyst with a strong focus on continuous improvement and business integration. This is an excellent opportunity to work on challenging initiatives, deepen your SAP expertise, and grow with a forward-thinking organization. Role Summary We are seeking a highly experienced SAP SD/MM Functional Consultant with a deep understanding of end-to-end business processes in the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.

This role requires hands-on configuration skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to collaborate across functions. Exposure to SAP S/4HANA implementations is essential. Key Responsibilities Lead business workshops and gather requirements for SAP SD and MM processes.

Design and configure SD (Sales Orders, Pricing, Delivery, Billing) and MM (Purchasing, Vendor Management, Inventory Management) solutions. Map and support CPG-specific processes such as: Trade promotions and rebate agreements Direct Store Delivery (DSD) and Distribution center (Warehousing) Consignment processes Shelf-life & batch management High-volume order fulfillment and delivery scheduling Collaborate closely with SCM, Finance, Manufacturing, and 3PL teams. Align functional solutions with SAP best practices and industry standards.

Drive process standardization, automation, and simplification initiatives. Provide functional specifications for WRICEF objects and coordinate with development teams. Support master data cleansing, data migration, testing, and cutover activities.

Facilitate training, go-live preparation, and post-go-live support. Extensive experience in test planning, script creation, execution, defect management, and UAT support across SD/MM processes in SAP projects. Cross-functional understanding in areas of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Production Planning, etc.

Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SD and MM modules. Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end OTC and PTP cycles. Strong industry knowledge of CPG processes, compliance, and regulatory challenges.

S/4HANA implementation experience or working in S4H is a strong advantage. Experience with rollout or transformation projects is a plus. Functional understanding or exposure to SAP EWM processes.

Familiarity with CRM (SAP CRM or Salesforce), SAP Ariba, or similar tools is considered an asset. Knowledge of integration technologies (EDI/IDoc, middleware, 3PL systems). Ability to translate business needs into SAP solutions effectively.

Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills. Nice to Have SAP SD/MM certification preferred. Working knowledge of Fiori apps and user experience optimization.
