Job Title: Salesforce Developer – Lightning Experience (LWC/Aura)

Location : Reston, VA

Job Type: Full- Time

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Salesforce Lightning Experience. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Visualforce, integrations, and Salesforce configuration. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications using Lightning Experience.
  • Develop and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components.
  • Build custom solutions using Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and Visualforce.
  • Configure Salesforce using Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, Workflows, and Approval Processes.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and Platform Events.
  • Perform code reviews and follow Salesforce development best practices.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders during the SDLC.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Required Skills

  • 4–8 years of Salesforce development experience.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience.
  • Expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components.
  • Strong knowledge of Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce, and Triggers.
  • Experience with Salesforce Flows and declarative development.
  • Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Experience with Git, CI/CD, and Salesforce DX is preferred.
  • Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
