Job Description

Position           : Sr. Salesforce Developer/Architect
Location          : Sunnyvale, CA Hybrid (Must be local)

Duration         : long term contract
Experience      : Must be 15+ Years
Introduction:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, build, and optimize scalable enterprise Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate is an expert in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and integrations, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions in complex environments. This role requires strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills to partner effectively with end users and cross-functional teams.
 

Required Skills & Qualifications:
10+ years of Salesforce Development experience
Expertise in Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Strong background in Apex (classes, triggers, batch processing)
Proven experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
IT-related education or relevant coursework
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a hybrid environment (3 days onsite per week)
 

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
Experience conducting design and code reviews
Familiarity with Salesforce security, governor limits, and testing standards
Background in optimizing performance and scalability of Salesforce solutions
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in enterprise environments
 

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
