A Salesforce Development Manager is a professional responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions within an organization. They manage a team of Salesforce developers and administrators, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet business requirements. Salesforce Development Managers often split their time between guiding a team of developers and architects, engaging in code reviews, setting technical direction, and collaborating with stakeholders to align business requirements with technical solutions.
