Job description

Job Title: Salesforce Developer
Location: Washington, D.C. (Hybrid - On-site 3 days/week)
Overview:
Yudrio is seeking a skilled and collaborative Salesforce Developer with strong experience in Copado, OmniScript (OmniStudio), and an active Salesforce Platform Developer certification to support the delivery of innovative Salesforce solutions, including Service Cloud and Experience Cloud (formerly Community Cloud). This role is ideal for a hands-on developer who excels in Agile environments and enjoys building scalable, efficient solutions that directly impact mission-critical operations. This is a hybrid position based in Washington, D.C., requiring on-site work three days per week.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, build, and deploy robust Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
  • Develop and configure OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and other OmniStudio components.
  • Use Copado to manage version control, deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and environment governance.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives, as an integral member of the Scrum team.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs and implementations.
  • Conduct unit testing and support UAT to ensure code quality and business alignment.
  • Document solutions, configurations, and development practices as part of sprint deliverables.
  • Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and best practices, especially around Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and OmniStudio.

Required Qualifications:
  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • Must be able to pass a federal background investigation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of Salesforce development experience in an Agile team environment.
  • Proficient in Salesforce Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce.
  • Demonstrated experience with Copado for deployment and release management.
  • Strong hands-on experience with OmniScript (OmniStudio) components.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Active Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Platform Developer II is a plus).
  • Experience working in or supporting federal agencies or regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce data security, roles, profiles, and permission sets.
  • Exposure to Case Management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge, or Customer Portals.
  • Experience with Git, branching strategies, and DevOps tools in combination with Copado.
  • Understanding of Agile metrics and continuous integration/delivery best practices.
