Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions

  • Minimum 4-5 years of hands-on working experience on Salesforce Platform.

  • May provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers

  • Takes ownership of the code review process to ensure quality

  • Upholds and enforces technical standards and industry best practices

  • Supports the identification and resolution of system defects

  • Documentation of technical solutions to include Security, Objects definitions and Automation components

Key Skills:

  • Configuration using Objects, Page Layouts, Lightning Pages, Dynamics Actions & Forms, List Views, Reports, Dashboards, Validation Rules.

  • Configuration of Security Model - Sharing rules, Permission sets, Profiles, Permission Set groups, Role hierarchies, Public groups etc.

  • Hands-on experience withOmniStudio components, Apex classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and automated logic such as Flows and Triggers.

  • Hands-on experience with version control systems like Git, DevOps Platform like Copado, Salesforce CLI, and Deployments.

  • Hands-on experience with integration using Rest API.

  • Beginner level hands on experience with Agentforce (should have achieved Agentforce Champion status)
