Provides advanced analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and support of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) solutions that enable personalized, omni-channel client engagement. Partners with product teams, marketing stakeholders, and technology teams to deliver scalable, secure, and data-driven marketing capabilities. Applies deep technical expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, integrations, automation, and agile delivery practices to improve business outcomes and enhance the client experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Designs, develops, tests, implements, and supports solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Contact Builder.

  • Develops dynamic content, audience segmentation strategies, triggered communications, and automated customer journeys.

  • Integrates Salesforce Marketing Cloud with enterprise platforms including Salesforce CRM, Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, customer data platforms (CDPs), analytics tools, and cloud-based technologies.

  • Ensures solutions meet scalability, security, compliance, and operational support requirements.

  • Collaborates with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, architects, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate product vision into technical solutions.

  • Participates in agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, estimation, and retrospective activities.

  • Promotes engineering best practices including test-driven development, code reviews, CI/CD automation, and quality assurance standards.

  • Troubleshoots production issues, monitors platform performance, and implements enhancements to optimize reliability and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Five or more years of hands-on experience developing and supporting Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.

  • Strong experience with Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Email Studio, Contact Builder, and related SFMC capabilities.

  • Proficiency with AMPscript, SQL, data modeling, and API integrations.

  • Experience integrating SFMC with Salesforce CRM and other enterprise marketing technology platforms.

  • Demonstrated experience working in Agile delivery frameworks such as Scrum or SAFe.

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across business and technology teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer Certification.
