This is Pure Developer role
 
Position Overview:
  • 10-15years of experience with architect experience.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and other developers to understand user stories and design appropriate solutions on the Salesforce platform.
  • Implement and configure Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), and other Salesforce tools.
  • Develop custom workflows, triggers, and process automations to meet specific business needs.
  • Assist in the integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems, utilizing REST, SOAP, and Bulk APIs.
  • Ensure that all solutions are developed in line with Salesforce best practices, considering performance, security, and scalability.
  • Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to maintain high-quality code standards.
  • Work with the team to troubleshoot and refine existing solutions, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the business.
  • Maintain and update technical documentation related to implemented solutions.
  • Stay informed about Salesforce updates and new features, applying them to enhance solutions where applicable.
 
Experience/Skills Required:
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in Salesforce development with a strong focus on implementation.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), and modern JavaScript.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST, SOAP, and Bulk APIs.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce’s declarative tools, including Flows, Process Builder, and Visual Workflow.
  • Ability to interpret and implement business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, including governance limits and security.
  • Experience with SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce’s object model.
