The Experience
The Senior Product Designer role is part of the Commerce Cloud Design team within Salesforce's Design and User Experience organization. This team is at the forefront of building intelligent commerce experiences - working where AI, design, and enterprise software intersect.
We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to help define the future of agentic merchandising in Salesforce Commerce Cloud, reimagining how merchandisers work alongside AI to run their storefronts. In this role, you'll focus on two of our most strategic priorities: reducing platform complexity so a powerful product feels simple and intuitive, and designing experiences that scale efficiently for our customers and our business. With Agentforce woven into every layer of our platform, you'll design intelligent systems that automate the repetitive and elevate the strategic.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
  • Shape the agentic merchandising experience - defining how merchandisers and AI agents collaborate to manage catalogs, promotions, and storefronts
  • Drive initiatives that reduce platform complexity and cost to serve through simpler, more scalable design solutions
  • Communicate User Experience (UX) vision clearly and compellingly to a wide range of stakeholders, from Product and Engineering to executive leadership
  • Partner closely with Product Owners, Product Managers, and engineers to identify opportunities, validate assumptions through user research, and deliver polished final products

  • You have 4-7 years of experience designing and delivering products in cross-functional teams, from discovery through launch
  • You have a deep understanding of user-centered design methods and experience contributing to design systems
