Job description

Redo is backed by the best VCs in the state and partnering with the top e-commerce brands in the country, Redo is revolutionizing the post-purchase experience. We’re streamlining the tech stack, crushing cart abandonment, and optimizing e-commerce in ways the industry has never seen. This is an incredibly fast-paced environment built for people who thrive on autonomy. Redo is high-agency. Whether it was sports, school, or a side hustle—if you’ve spent your life winning through ambiguity and challenge, you're in good company.
The Role: Product Analyst
Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Product Analyst located in Draper, Utah. The Product Analyst will be responsible for conducting thorough data analysis, gathering and interpreting business needs, and identifying trends to support product-driven decision-making. You eat complex data for breakfast and possess the communication skills needed to show our merchants exactly how Redo is saving their revenue. More than that, you’ll strategically hunt for new revenue opportunities, turning data into the winning pitches that scale our partners' success. Redo rocks, our products rock, and more Redo = more wins. This role is about owning the revenue of real accounts and bridging the gap between raw numbers and the real-world decisions that keep our partners winning.
Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical ability — you can dig into messy data and surface the insights that actually matter.

  • Exceptional communication skills — you can explain complex analysis clearly to both technical teams and merchants.

  • High agency — you thrive in ambiguity and execute without waiting for perfect direction.

  • Proven track record of high performance in academics, work, athletics, or entrepreneurial projects.

  • Sales or revenue-facing experience preferred, especially if you’ve used data to influence decisions or drive customer outcomes.

Our product surface is expanding rapidly through organic development and strategic acquisitions. We’ve completed four acquisitions in the last 18 months and are actively investing in cross-border, AI-native commerce, and platform diversification.
    Benefits:

    • Work with the most dynamic and innovative team in Utah.

    • Immense opportunity for career growth and advancement.

    • On-site gym with pickleball and basketball courts.

    • Flexible PTO company holidays.

    • A monthly allowance to spend on and support the 4,000+ brands partnered with Redo.

    • Company HSA contributions.
