Job Summary:
Deland, Gibson Insurance Associates is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong Experience Cloud expertise to design, develop, and support scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative customer and partner-facing solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using: Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce Pages, SOQL/SOSL
• Develop scalable and maintainable code following Salesforce best practices.
• Build custom objects, workflows, validation rules, flows, and automation processes.
• Design and implement Salesforce Experience Cloud (Community Cloud) portals.
• Develop customer, partner, and employee community solutions.
• Customize Experience Builder templates and components.
• Configure user authentication, registration, and security models.
• Optimize community performance and user experience.
• Develop integrations using: REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Middleware platforms
• Integrate Salesforce with external enterprise systems.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize data synchronization.
• Configure Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud features.

• Experience with Salesforce integrations.
• Experience with Salesforce security and sharing models.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
Preferred:
• Experience with: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, DevOps tools, Git, Copado, Gearset, Jenkins.
• Knowledge of OAuth, SSO, and Identity Management.
• Government or enterprise-scale project experience.
