Job description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Test Lead with strong hands-on functional testing expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), Salesforce Loyalty Management, and end-to-end integration testing. The ideal candidate will lead testing activities while also performing hands-on validation across web applications, APIs, and integrated retail ecosystems.

Required Skills
  • 8+ years of overall experience in software testing/development.
  • 1–2+ years of hands-on functional testing experience with:
    • Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC)
    • Salesforce Loyalty Management
    • End-to-end integration testing
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Loyalty Management capabilities and related business processes.
  • Experience validating integrations between Salesforce platforms and downstream enterprise applications.
  • Strong functional testing experience across web applications, APIs, and integrated retail ecosystems.
  • Hands-on API testing experience using Postman or similar tools.
  • Working knowledge of REST APIs and JSON payloads.
  • Strong SQL and data validation skills.
  • Experience with test planning, test execution, defect management, status reporting, and testing sign-off.
  • Ability to independently drive testing activities and lead testing efforts.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with Business, Product, and IT teams.
  • Experience coordinating across multiple vendor teams.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills across multiple integrated systems.
  • Experience working with retail commerce and omnichannel business processes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end testing activities for Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Salesforce Loyalty Management solutions.
  • Develop test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.
  • Execute hands-on functional, integration, API, and end-to-end testing.
  • Validate data and integrations across Salesforce and downstream enterprise systems.
  • Perform API testing using Postman and validate REST/JSON payloads.
  • Analyze defects, identify root causes, and coordinate resolution with development and integration teams.
  • Manage defect lifecycle and provide regular testing status reports.
  • Coordinate testing activities across Business, Product, IT, and vendor teams.
  • Ensure testing milestones, quality standards, and sign-off criteria are met.
  • Investigate issues across multiple systems and support resolution through detailed technical analysis.
  • Contribute to test automation initiatives and continuous improvement of testing processes.
