POSITION SUMMARY:
The Global Business Operations team is responsible for developing and managing Strategic Roadmaps for applications across the Sales organizations, as well as managing application operations activities.  The Senior Business Analyst, Salesforce Developer will be responsible for Sales CRM (Salesforce.com) configuration, development and implementation project activities.
JOB SCOPE:
The Senior Business Analyst, Salesforce Developer will function as a core member of the Global Business Operations Technology team. The primary focus of this role is to collaborate with other project team members and business stakeholders to successfully drive the implementation of a new Sales CRM platform (Salesforce.com).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The candidate for this role will be responsible for:
    Implement configurations, Visual Force and 3rd party integration in Salesforce.com based on prioritized requirements.
    Interfacing with User Experience, business and development teams to generate solution wireframes and associated UX artifacts and evolve into development and implementation.
    Collaborating with business and IT stakeholders to develop and mature best practices for iterative process improvement projects.
    Provide level 2 global production support through Sales Force Case Management Portal.
    Contributing to the evolution of roles/responsibilities for iterative project lifecycles to advance Company's project methodology.
    Participating in the estimation, scheduling and execution activities for projects as they are assigned.
    Consulting and mentoring Sales Operations Teams on Sales CRM functionality and best practices.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
    Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Salesforce development using Apex/Visualforce.
    Hands-on configuration and implementation experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud building custom objects, approval processes and workflows; Salesforce APIs and 3rd party integration.
    Experience with iterative project and development processes, and the ability to communicate effectively with IT resources.
    Strong business analysis background with ability to translate business needs/goals into requirements and prototypes.
    Experience from working in a global, multi-channel organization is required.
    In-depth knowledge of Salesforce.com reporting and workflow capabilities/limitations.
    Able to set priorities, manage expectations, work as part of a team and independently.
    Must have effective professional verbal, written and presentation skills for audiences ranging from individual contributor through senior management level.
    Effective time management, organization, and planning skills.
    Working knowledge of best practices around cloud solutions.
    Salesforce Force.com Developer Certification required.
