The Salesforce.com Developer will design and build unique, internal (and potentially external) customer-based solutions for extending the value of our Salesforce application. Using the salesforce.com platform and the force.com developer toolkit (i.e. Apex, Visualforce, Force.com IDE, Force.com Migration Tool, and Web Service API's & Metadata API's), this developer resource will be trained to build Salesforce.com product extensions and develop new native products on the force.com platform. Specific responsibilities for this position include:

Participate in technical evaluations, solution and design approaches for business solution needs

Contribute to the technical side of projects, build internal customer relationships with the business and create solutions to meet business challenges

Perform detailed analysis of business and technical requirements

Write technical approach and design documentation

Create integration and development project plans and designs

Technical issue management

Experience and Skills:

Able to work in a team environment

Self-Starter - Ability to work independently, setting goals and achieving milestones with minimal direction

Able to quickly learn on the job without much supervision

Able to work or several different assignments at the same time - work/project management

Attention to detail, sense of style in implementing UI's

Possess a strong technical background and willingness to learn

Required Experience:

Bachelor's Degree required

At least 7 years of custom web using core Java or APEX.

Sales Force development experience (4+ years) APEX code

Experience with Integration - Salesforce API, SOAP/REST

At least 2 years of SQL or SOQL development experience

Experience with technical implementations of SF CRM projects

Experience functioning as a Salesforce.com developer

Experience with deployments of enterprise software systems using industry standard environments including XML, HTTP/HTTPS and Java

Experience with development methodologies such as XP, Agile or SCRUM

Experience with Agile practices and/or Test Driven Development

Experience with documentation

Required experience:

Salesforce apex java: 4 years

We will need multiple resources that have the following: 

Proven experience with Salesforce Apex & VisualForce development. (required)

Has a deep understanding of Salesforce SOQL, indexing and query performance, governor limits and platform limitations. (required)

Proven experience with Salesforce platform solutions involving large and complex datasets, bulk data processing, API's, and Apex / VisualForce development. (required)

Experience working with and developing custom BI and analytics solutions. (preferred, but not required) 

Salesforce Advanced Developer / Architect Certification (preferred, but not required) 

Experience with Heroku or AWS (preferred, but not required)
