Job description

Job Description Summary:

As part of the OTC Billing Team, you will play a key role in driving the company's financial performance and long-term growth. We are seeking a Business Analyst (Bottler Relations) to lead pricing strategy and analytics across the North American Bottling system. This role partners closely with Commercialization, Finance, and Supply Chain to develop and execute pricing strategies, achieve business objectives, and identify opportunities to improve processes.

The Business Analyst will lead innovation and development across pricing, insights, AI/automation, and advanced analytics. This role evaluates business economics, delivers actionable executive-level insights, and supports the modernization of billing processes, while influencing cross-functional stakeholders to ensure effective pricing execution and continuous improvement.


Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and own pricing strategy and analytics for North American Bottling System.

  • Apply AI, machine learning, or advance analytics to pricing optimization, forecasting, and scenario planning.

  • Identify opportunities to apply AI/ML, predictive analytics, and automation tools across OTC billing functions and activities.

  • Engage cross-functional teams in support of the implementation of revenue growth initiatives to assist in the development of system solutions.

  • Collaborate with technical function leaders to jointly identify business systems requirements to support enhanced business plans and innovation.

  • Provide leadership to ensure successful implementation, follow-up, control, maintenance, and usage of new innovations.

  • Identify and implement continuous process improvement initiatives which drive efficiencies and reduce costs for the system.

  • Engage and influence upstream business process changes to eliminate downstream errors.

  • Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliation and narrative analysis to ensure transactions are recorded accurately and account balances are properly stated in accordance with GAAP and company policy.

  • Identify, research, and make recommendations on resolution for data integrity issues. Ensure all accounting entries and authorizations follow company accounting policy and GAAP.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Provide general accounting support with journal voucher entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and year-end closing activities.

  • Engage cross functional team in support of revenue growth initiatives and business plans.

  • Miscellaneous projects. i.e., BRIM, Minute Maid Modernization; Assist with system testing, UAT coordination, and defect resolution.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand needs and deliver against the business plan.

  • Provide oversight of volume reporting process for North America.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a Business-related field is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • In depth knowledge of financial analysis, pricing, and forecasting.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

  • Proficiency in financial software systems and ERPS, including SAP, S/4 HANA, Salesforce, and Synapse.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information to non-financial colleagues.

  • Influence without authority to drive alignment, adoption, and successful execution of business-critical initiatives.

  • Strong project management skills to coordinate team resources and resources on other teams to accomplish goals.

Technical Skills:

  • Demonstrated Experience working in SAP required.

  • Intermediate to Advance Microsoft Office applications skills required (Excel, Access & PowerPoint).

  • Proficiency in data analysis, SQL, or other reporting tools.

  • Knowledge of GAAP, account reconciliations and familiarity with chart of accounts.

  • Experience working with Agile/Scrum environments.

  • While IT background is not required, a demonstrated understanding of systems and technical knowledge is a plus.
