Familiarity with Salesforce development tools like Salesforce DX, version control systems (e.g., Git), and certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I or II are highly valued. Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication skills help developers efficiently translate business requirements into scalable solutions. Since Salesforce enforces strict governor limits, developers must optimize their code to avoid hitting these thresholds during data exchanges. Additionally, keeping integrations secure and maintaining compatibility with evolving APIs requires staying up-to-date with both Salesforce updates and third-party changes. Effective collaboration with external partners and internal stakeholders is also critical for successful integration projects.

What are Salesforce Apex Developers?
