  • Architect, design, and implement enterprise-grade Salesforce Agentforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, and Salesforce Platform, ensuring scalable, AI-powered business transformation.
  • Lead the end-to-end architecture, strategy, and deployment of Salesforce Agentforce ecosystems, including autonomous AI agents, digital workforce automation, conversational AI, and intelligent service operations.
  • Design and develop Salesforce Agentforce solutions leveraging Einstein AI, Copilot Studio, Prompt Builder, Agent Builder, Flow, Apex, and native Salesforce capabilities to automate customer, employee, and operational workflows.
  • Define enterprise AI architecture frameworks for Salesforce, including agent orchestration, prompt engineering, trust boundaries, governance models, security controls, and scalable deployment strategies.
  • Collaborate with executive stakeholders, business leaders, and technical teams to translate complex business challenges into Agentforce-powered architecture solutions that drive automation, productivity, and customer engagement.
  • Architect secure, context-aware AI agents integrated with Salesforce CRM, Data Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and external enterprise ecosystems through APIs, MuleSoft, middleware, and event-driven frameworks.
  • Lead implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud strategies to enable unified customer data, real-time intelligence, AI grounding, and personalized Agentforce decision-making.
  • Establish Salesforce Trust Layer governance, ensuring responsible AI deployment through data privacy, compliance, prompt security, access controls, hallucination prevention, and enterprise governance best practices.
  • Own architecture for advanced Salesforce platform customization, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, custom objects, integrations, automation frameworks, and AI-enhanced service design.
  • Design and optimize Agentforce use cases such as AI-powered sales assistants, customer support agents, case resolution automation, employee helpdesk agents, and industry-specific autonomous workflows.
  • Provide architectural leadership for enterprise integrations between Salesforce Agentforce and third-party systems, ensuring seamless data flow, secure communication, and scalable AI-driven orchestration.
  • Lead architecture governance, code reviews, platform strategy, CI/CD, DevOps, release management, and solution standardization for Salesforce AI and Agentforce programs.
  • Mentor developers, admins, and technical teams on Agentforce architecture best practices, Salesforce AI innovation, prompt design, and enterprise-scale deployment methodologies.
