Role Description
The Senior Salesforce Administrator – Platform Owner is responsible for the administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of the Salesforce platform and related business solutions, including Titan Forms. This role owns Salesforce operations, partners with business stakeholders, and ensures the platform remains secure, scalable, and aligned with business needs.
The ideal candidate is an experienced Salesforce professional who combines strong administration skills with business understanding, technical knowledge, and an ownership mindset.
Key Duties amp; Responsibilities:
  • Salesforce Platform Ownership
    • Own day-to-day Salesforce administration, configuration, and platform operations.
    • Manage users, security, roles, permissions, and access governance.
    • Configure and maintain Salesforce functionality, including objects, fields, Flows, reports, dashboards, and automation.
    • Maintain data quality, documentation, and Salesforce best practices.
    • Manage enhancements, testing, releases, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Titan Forms Administration
    • Own and maintain Titan Forms solutions, ensuring reliable operation, security, and accurate data capture.
    • Design, configure, and enhance Titan Forms to support business workflows and integrate with Salesforce.
    • Troubleshoot issues and recommend improvements to enhance user experience and business outcomes.
  • Business Partnership amp; Technical Collaboration
    • Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
    • Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and improved user adoption.
    • Collaborate with Salesforce technical leadership on complex solutions, integrations, and platform improvements.
    • Understand Salesforce integrations, APIs, and data flows to support solution design, testing, and troubleshooting.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce configuration, security, automation, reporting, dashboards, and data management.
  • Experience designing and supporting Salesforce solutions, including Titan Forms or similar Salesforce-integrated tools.
  • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into Salesforce solutions.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce integrations, APIs, and data concepts.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Salesforce Administrator certification.
  • Salesforce Platform App Builder certification.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
  • Working knowledge of Apex and SOQL.
  • Experience supporting enterprise Salesforce environments.
