Position Summary

Assist in the adoption of our EV trucks by providing support to the sales staff while delivering the best customer experience in the industry. You will support the RSMs (Regional Sales Managers) in your territory with daily activities to drive revenue growth and efficiency. This will require someone to be able to identify, adapt, and drive outcomes through excellent communication and organization. You will provide support throughout the entire life cycle of a customer, helping drive repeat business and a great brand experience.

Position Responsibilities

  • Be a key point of contact for customers
  • Contact potential customers via phone/email/chat to assist with inquiries
  • Obtain pertinent information from potential customers to help qualify needs
  • Maintain a database of customers and relevant documents and update customer records based on interactions from yourself and the RSMs you’re supporting
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving product and industry.
  • Maintain an accessible and organized filing system for sales territory
  • Handle administrative duties for the sales team, including scheduling client conference calls and meetings
  • Perform data entry duties regarding metrics, sales figures, and other key data
  • Help process quotes, build presentation decks, gather, and format relevant documents, and input customer order information
  • Coordinate through the separate phases such as demo, production, deployment, and service
  • Coordinate transportation and invoicing for demo trucks ensuring excellent communication through the process
  • Assist in the closing process and delivery of a sold truck with a consistent branded customer experience
  • Be responsible for data integrity within our different systems the RSMs use

  • Experience with CRM tools, ideally Infusionsoft/Keap
  • Prior experience in an inside sales environment
