Summary

The Inside Sales Manager is a strategic sales role focused on driving profitable growth through commercial insights, customer relationships, and disciplined execution. As a Inside Sales Manager, you'll partner with a Regional Sales Director to grow an assigned division territory. You'll develop commercial insights, identify and develop revenue opportunities, execute commercial initiatives, and strengthen relationships with distributor partners and independent manufacturers' representative groups to expand the CFS Brands portfolio.

Location: This role is located ON SITE, 5 days a week, at our corporate office in Oklahoma City, OK

This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports.

Success in this role requires curiosity, commercial thinking, and a passion for helping customers grow.

What You'll Do

You'll combine customer relationships, commercial analysis, and strategic execution to grow existing business and uncover new opportunities.

  • Develop commercial insights by understanding distributors, end users, buying behaviors, competitive positioning, and growth opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling, category expansion, competitive conversions, and share-of-wallet growth.
  • Partner with your Regional Sales Director to execute territory growth strategies.
  • Develop and execute growth initiatives that expand the CFS Brands portfolio within existing and prospective accounts.
  • Lead commercial opportunities from discovery through execution while coordinating cross-functional resources.
  • Analyze sales trends and portfolio performance to identify revenue opportunities and business risks.
  • Support strategic pricing, contract programs, and promotional initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate CRM opportunities, pipeline visibility, and forecasting.
  • Maintain disciplined follow-through on customer commitments and commercial initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.

  • Experience working with Foodservice distributors or manufacturers' representative groups is strongly preferred.
  • Strong commercial, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office.
  • Manufacturing, Foodservice, or distribution industry experience preferred.
