Responsibilities

Conduct 1v1 in-person sales presentations

Find commonality with prospective and/or current owners

Generate salesutilizingproper closing techniques.

Effectively present and deliver sales presentationin accordance withcompany policies, compliancestandardsand regulatory requirements

Attend all scheduled training sessions and department meetings

Keep current on industry trends, product knowledge, and materials

All clients are provided and prequalified by our award-winning on-site marketing team

No cold calling or prospecting

Requirements

1-3+yearssales and/or marketing experience is preferred

Ability to overcome objections and perform within a short, luxury sales cycle

Demonstrate a positive attitude within a high-energy environment

CA real estate license or ability to obtain one in 6 months (Wefacilitateand subsidize this process)

College Degree is preferred(notrequired)

Compensation

During the initial training period, the hourly wage is $16.90 plus commissions and bonuses. After the initial training period, the compensation is the states minimum wage per hour, plus commissions and bonuses.
